Affectionately known as Govy, this 27-year-old bay Morgan gelding is worth his weight in gold! He is the best lesson horse imaginable and is everyone’s favorite.  He is great for beginners and anyone a bit apprehensive about riding. Govy is trustworthy and is the backbone of our lesson program at the Village Club.

Weiser is the big man on campus. This sweet thoroughbred loves his tall riders, big trot, and trail rides. He has athletic gates, and is a very fun ride for intermediate riders looking to challenge themselves in dressage and jumping. He loved to be loved on from people of all sizes; a few treats goes a long way with Weiser!

A chestnut gelding and extremely well broke Western horse, Cowboy is suitable for more advanced beginners who possess quiet hands and a quiet seat. Cowboy is a fancy mover and has smooth comfortable gaits, though he prefers the Western disciplines he can be ridden both Western and English. Cowboy is sensitive but sensible and responds wonderfully to subtle riding aides.

Ginger is our sassy redheaded mare. She is a jack of all trades. She rides English, Western, loves to jump, and has even dabbled with Polo. Once you break through her outer sassy shell, she’s a sweetie who loves neck rubs and treats! She suits almost all riders, so come see what she’s all about!
